And my God will liberally supply (fill to the full) your every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 (AMP)
You can live and function the way God intended!
As you grew up, you developed beliefs that didn’t line up with God’s Word. You were influenced by misbeliefs held by your parents and teachers as well as other family members and friends. You’ve also formed beliefs based on tragedies or failures you’ve experienced. But through God’s Word and relationship with Holy Spirit, you can begin to reshape what you believe and live the life God has for you.
For example, you may have developed misbeliefs about finances. You may have heard that God wants Christians to be satisfied with having just barely enough to get by. But how can you help the poor if you’re one of them? If Christians can barely scrape together enough to feed their own families, how are they going to finance spreading the Gospel around the world?
The truth is that God doesn’t have a problem with money. It is the love of money—putting your desire for money above your desire to serve Him—that leads to problems in life. The truth is, God doesn’t just want your financial needs met, He wants them filled to the full. He wants your efforts to lead to prosperity and He wants you to be able to be a blessing to others!
Meditate on Philippians 4:19 today. Imagine every financial need you have is met. What does it feel like? Every bill is paid and you have more than enough. What would you do? Really play this scenario out and imagine what it would be like to walk in God’s provision and blessing.
God liberally supplies your every need—not from the resources you currently have, but from His glorious riches—and He lacks nothing.
