Study this Book of Instruction continually. Meditate on it day and night so you will be sure to obey everything written in it. Only then will you prosper and succeed in all you do.

So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing to you, all Lord, my rock and my redeemer.

And pray for me, that words may be given to me when I open my mouth, to proclaim boldly the mystery of the good news [of salvation]…

"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go."

Be on guard. Stand firm in the faith. Be courageous. Be strong. And do everything with love.

Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

The wicked flee when no one pursues them, but the righteous are as bold as a lion.

Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.

Above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.

Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.

Such love has no fear, because perfect love expels all fear.

Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.

For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you.

When sin is allowed to grow, it gives birth to death.

Therefore if any person is [ingrafted] in Christ (the Messiah) he is a new creation (a new creature altogether); the old [previous moral and spiritual condition] has passed away. Behold, the fresh and new has come!

Put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts…put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.

We are God’s children. And since we are his children, we are his heirs.

Parents, don’t come down too hard on your children or you’ll crush their spirits.

For in Christ lives all the fullness of God in a human body. So you also are complete through your union with Christ, who is the head over every ruler and authority.
